• Do you have a phone number and can i make an order through phone?

• Do you have Bape shoes for women?
  
  To our knowledge there is no difference between men's and women's bape shoes. So each sizes and patterns are for men as well as women. Please make sure men's size is 1.5 size larger than women's shoe size. For example, US size 9 for woman would corresponding to US men size 9-1.5 = 7.5 based on the International Shoe Size Conversion Charts.
  
  
• Do you give some discounts if I order more than 1 pair?

• I find some bape shoes from the internet which is not availabe in your catalog, could I still order that from you?
  
  Yes. Our catalog is always updating and there are new styles patterns of bape shoes show up in the market faster than we can put them into the catalog. Please email us images of what you saw and our supporting staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
  
  
• How long does it take to ship to texas?
  
  Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping to any cities in US. For international shipping, please contact support@bapeshoestore.com for more precise answers.
  
  
• How much is shipping and handling fee?
  
  $17.50/per item for United Kingdom,France,Germany.
  $19.00/per item for Netherland,Switherland,Uzbekistan,Sweden,Finland,Kuwait,Italy,Falkland Islands.
  $15.00/per item for all other countries.
  
  
• I am a strong supporter of Bapes. I saw most of your products you have US size 7-12. Can you get size 13, 14, and 6? Please call me to confirm so that i can order immediately.
  
  Most of the time manufactures need a minimum order of 20 pairs to produce bape shoes with US men's size 13. So currently there are only very limited patterns/styles of BAPE shoes with size 13 and above are available in our store.

  For those patterns that currently do not have sizes 6,13,14, if you order more than 20 pairs (of the same pattern, same zize), the manufacture can produce them within 10 days and we can deliver them to you within 2 weeks.
• How to cancel or replace/exchange an order?
  
  To cancel or replace an order:

  To cancel an order, please send an email to us at support@bapeshoestore.com with the subject line order canceling or order replacement. In the email body, pelase include as many as possible detailed information about the order you want to cancel.

  To replace an order, in the mean time of doing the above, you can go ahead and place a different order on the shoes you really like and drop us an email saying the new order should replace the old order. Please include as many as possible information about the two orders you are talking about in the email if you do that.

  We suggest you contact us before the product is shipped out for canceling/replacing. That means it would be best to do it within 12 hours after you made your payment. if the item had been shipped out, you can send it back to
